needed stress reducer, these Vermont accommodations will do the trick.
Each morning guests are treated to a full breakfast including such
scrumptious delights as Eggs Benedict, Blueberry Pancakes with Vermont
Maple Syrup, Cinnamon French Toasts. Breakfast also includes cereal,
fresh bakes breads and muffins, fruit, juice and coffee and tea. Afternoon
tea complete with fresh baked goods is served each day.
 For your
comfort each
room has its own private bathroom, color cable television, hair dryers,
AM/FM clock radios and toiletries by Gilchrist & Soames. FREE
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
Guests may entertain themselves at the mansion with our full video
collection, board games, library or quiet evenings by the fire or on the front
porch overlooking the unfettered views of the flowing Missisquoi River
across the street.
Our charming rooms can accommodate
doubles and twins. For family or groups traveling together, ask about
our Kids Room. This room can accommodate two additional people though
they must share your bath facilities.
Sorry we do not allow pets, however there are owner's pets on
premises. No smoking is permitted indoors.

The Entire
Inn May Be Rented Out for Groups, Family Reunions, Weddings, Meetings,
etc. Call for rate.
Add an in-room massage. $80 per
person.
Package rates are based on double
occupancy, exclude tax and are subject to availability.  Rates do not
apply for holidays and special events and are subject to change without
notice. No credit for portions of package not used or for early
departure. Extra night charge depends on season, at rack rate.
Policies & Disclaimers:
A Meals & Room Tax of 9% applies to all
room rates. Payment in full is required at check-in. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted. Sorry no pets allowed.
There are pets on the premises. Well-behaved
children welcome. No smoking inside the premises. Smoking
is allowed on the front porch.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
The Grey Gables
Mansion will guarantee your reservation with a VISA, Mastercard,
American Express, A 50% deposit (100% in the case of a one-night stay)
will be charged to your credit or charge card to guarantee your
reservation. With at least a 14 day notice, we will gladly refund your deposit
less a $25 per room processing fee. For cancellations with less than 14
days notice, deposit will be refunded provided the room is rebooked.
Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, or those who
fail to show are responsible for the entire stay. Major holidays,
September and October, and special events require a 30 day notification.
Check In/Out:
Check In Time: Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 6pm, Friday and Saturday 3pm -
8pm. Other times may be arranged.
Check Out Time: 11am.
Travel Agents:
We do pay licensed travel agents with IATA numbers a travel agent's
commission.
