WORK LIKE A DOG…..and STAY FOR FREE
As you can imagine there is always work to be done at
the Mansion. Are you a skilled contractor, house painter, carpenter,
plumber, electrician, landscaper? If so we have work for you. Also, we
are on the lookout for a printer to do brochures for the inn. Room (double or single occupancy) and board are FREE in lieu
of services. Call for more information.
Currently these are the tasks we really need accomplished:

Electrician
- To install exterior lights, install new exhaust fans in all
bathrooms.

Tree Stump Removal

Concrete contractor - Minor foundation
work. Basement needs a concrete floor.

Roofer - Looking to replace our
roof.

Heating
- We need heating (propane/electric) installed in some rooms in
families living quarters.

Carpenter
- We are looking to rebuild our side porch.

Plumbing
- We are looking to install a bathroom.

Ceramic
Tile - We need to install a back splash in kitchen behind
countertops.

Landscaper
- Yard landscape/ installation sidewalk

Asphalt - Driveway/Parking Lot Work

Painters
**Workers
must be skilled. In some cases, they must be licensed and insured.
The Grey Gables Mansion will purchase the supplies (or supplies can
be used for additional accommodation trades).
