This Vermont mansion is a one of a kind Queen Anne Victorian built in 1888 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Mansion features original woodwork, hardwood floors, stained glass windows, twelve foot ceilings and period charm. The mansion is 7,000 square feet. The rooms are quite large and offer ample space for camera equipment. The decor is the perfect backdrop for  catalogue shoots.

The Grey Gables Mansion would be the perfect location for a period piece film, a horror film (it is quite scary looking at night) or a modern day film set in a small New England town. Across the street from The Mansion is the The Town of Richford's gazebo which overlooks the river. The Town of Richford, a quaint Vermont town with a population of 2,100 residents, has the conveniences to support crews for movie locations. The town has several restaurants, convenience/gas stores, grocery store. There are quite a few hotels and inns within a thirty minute drive. 

The Mansion is situated on the Canadian border in the Northeastern Kingdom of Vermont. Montreal lies only an hour away. The Mansion is surrounded by mountains - Jay Peak to the East and Mount Sutton to the North. Area skiing is within fifteen minutes away. Nearby in the town of Montgomery are many covered bridges.
