The rooms are quite large and offer ample space for camera equipment. The decor is the perfect backdrop for catalogue shoots. The Grey Gables Mansion would be the perfect location for a period piece film, a horror film (it is quite scary looking at night) or a modern day film set in a small New England town. Across the street from The Mansion is the The Town of Richford's gazebo which overlooks the river.
